How well it will actually play on the Xbox 360 will not be understood till the game is officially launched. It's expected to really play a bit smoother than GTA 4 did, but whether or not that is true will be unknown until later this fall.

As a teen is is seen a highly cool to be seen with anything which has an 18 certificate connected to it. Lots of violence, swearing, prostitution and nudity - these are all super cool things to a teenager!
