The comparison of unsuccessful cannulations in the three subsequent stages of introducing FDS is presented in detail in Table II. In the first period of introduction of the project (stage 1: 12.2004�C08.2005) among 85 performed FDS examinations, there were 71 (83.5%) successful cannulations and 14 (14.7%) unsuccessful cannulations.
